County Clerk/DMV Satellite Office In Boonville
On Tuesday, June 5, a satellite County Clerk/DMV office opened at the Boonville Town Office Building on Route 12. The office will be open once a week on Tuesdays from 9 to 11:30 a.m. and from noon to 2:30 p.m. The services that will be offered include: surrender of plates, driver’s license renewal, transfer of plates, original registration of vehicle, etc. and everything that the Utica/Rome DMV can handle, and also passports (new and renewal), photos for passports, filing and recording of deeds/mortgages/etc. “This is a great service for the folks in the North Country,” said Boonville Town Supervisor Guy C. Case. “This service is being provided with no additional cost to the taxpayers.
